I’m Fernando C. Galvez IV, a Certified Nurse Aide, offering non-medical in-home serivices at your home on Oʻahu—owner-led and solo (not a DOH-licensed agency). I’m insured, background-checked, and focused on simple, personalized plans that keep you safe and independent at home. DOH home care licensure is in progress as I continue improving policies and standards.

I’m Fernando C. Galvez IV, a solo, independent, non-medical caregiver serving Central Oʻahu to East Oahu. I provide respectful in-home support—companionship, personal care assistance, mobility help, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and home-safety checks.
Not yet. I currently operate solo and am not a DOH-licensed home care agency. Licensure is in progress; I’m building policies and systems now to meet DOH standards.
Yes. I’m liability insured (COI available on request) and I complete voluntary background checks: FBI Identity History Summary and Hawaiʻi eCrim (state convictions).
